Resilience is defined as "The capacity to recover quickly from difficulties". How does a person increase their capacity to recover quickly? Can I learn ways of becoming more resilient in my life and in my leadership? And, how does resilience affect my personal life?

Combining well-being with leadership is how the Physicians Leadership Academy (PLA) helps build resilient physician leaders. It has now successfully empowered nearly 100 central Ohio physicians. Learn more about this by registering for the virtual PLA Informational Session being held Tuesday, June 2nd from 5:30-6:30 pm by clicking here.

Applications are now being accepted for the 7th class that begins in fall 2020. Classes are once a month from 3:00-8:00 pm with 2 weekend retreats. Graduation is June 2021. To learn more about the PLA go to
