Jeff is responsible for conducting, analyzing and compiling more than 20 annual wage, policy, practices and employee benefit surveys for members. Handles calls received through ERA’s ‘HR Hotline’ from clients asking questions about all facets of compliance and HR related topics. Provides guidance to members on wage & hour issues, discrimination, FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation, and safety. Advises members about new and emerging topics related to HR, including new litigation and regulations on the state and federal levels.
