Bake Bread with the CMA
Please join us Tuesday April 20th from 7-8pm for an Evening of Culinary Medicine.
Dr. Robert Balchick, and Chef Laura Robertson-Boyd will discuss the sodium in your diet, how to read nutrition labels, what you can use instead of salt, and much more to reduce your sodium intake.
There will be great information to share with your patients. Additionally, they will be baking bread using less sodium, but still creating the same great taste!
